Homecoming Tailgate and Parade Watch
Celebrate Homecoming with your choice of two exciting programs!
Register for one or both programs. Registrants for one or both Homecoming programs will receive a confirmation email with access to purchase football tickets, after you register for a Homecoming program. Tickets are available while supplies last! $5 of each adult registration is a gift to the Alumni Scholarship Fund.
Parade Watch Party
Friday, Oct. 25 from 6-8 p.m.
Alumni Mall
Blacksburg, VA 24061
Guests will enjoy food and entertainment. Registration is $10 and children 12 and under attend for free. There will be special swag for Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets, Cornerstone Alumni, and Inclusive Alumni Society members. Learn more about the parade.
Homecoming Tailgate
Saturday, Oct. 26 four hours before kickoff

Make plans to tailgate with us before the Hokies take on Georgia Tech! Registration is $15 in advance and $20 day-of and includes food and three adult drink tickets. Guests will enjoy lawn games, music, a petting zoo, inflatables, and more.

- Paid public and reserved gameday parking is available around campus
- We recommend parking at Perry Street Parking Garage for its proximity to the Homecoming Tailgate
- No direct shuttle is available from the Homecoming Tailgate to or from the game
- The gameday parking lot with an ADA accessible shuttle for the football game is at Oak Lane. We will have a golf cart shuttle between the Oak Lane lot and the Holtzman Alumni Center while the tailgate is taking place
- The Orange BT transit bus loop is across the street from the Homecoming Tailgate to shuttle attendees to and from the game.
