Prospect Preview – Inside Admissions

Bringing your prospective Hokie to Alumni Weekend this year?

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is hosting a special Prospect Preview program from 2-6 p.m. on Thursday, June 6. Prospective Hokies and their families can attend an exclusive behind-the-scenes admissions tour, which includes a peek at a model residence hall room.

After the tour, join the admissions team for an information session and student panel. Then connect with representatives from the various undergraduate colleges to learn more about the specific programs.

Alumni Weekend registration is required to attend the Prospect Preview. When you sign up for the weekend, registration includes all programs, meals, and entertainment. Visit the schedule page for more details.

Check in for Alumni Weekend will be at the Holtzman Alumni Center. Admissions representatives will be at the alumni center to meet participating beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 6.

Prospect Preview Schedule

• 2-3:30 p.m. Campus tour including a model room in Vawter Hall. (Meet admissions team at Holtzman Alumni Center and end at the Creativity and Innovation District) 
• 3:45-4:45 p.m. Admissions information session and student panel (Creativity and Innovation District) 
• 5-6 p.m. Conversations with colleges (Creativity and Innovation District)
