Join Cornerstone Alumni for a virtual session to explore physical and mental wellness, the impact of our environment, and motivations associated with staying active.

Virginia Tech Center for Gerontology director Pamela Teaster ‘97,  assistant director Carlisle Shealy ‘17, ‘21, and Cornerstone Alumni board chair and retired extension gerontology specialist Judith Warren ‘69 will share the benefits of getting moving and finding a happier, healthier you.

This event is free to attend, but registration is required.
