Game Day Chicken Wing Dry Rub

Ingredients
- Brown Sugar 1 c
- Salt, Kosher 8 t
- Black Pepper 8 t
- Smoked Paprika 8 t
- Garlic Powder 4 t
- Onion Powder 4 t
- Ground Mustard 4 t
- Ground Cinnamon 2 t
- Chili Powder 2 t
- Celery Seed 2 t
- Ground Cayenne 1 t
- BBQ sauce (for assembly) ¼ c
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except BBQ sauce together in a pint container.
- Sprinkle dry rub on chicken wings (1 tablespoon of dry rub per 6 chicken wings). Make sure to coat evenly.
- Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- The following day, fry chicken wings until done.
- To assemble, toss 1 tablespoon of dry rub and ¼ cup BBQ sauce onto the wings.
- Grill until charred.
- Serve hot.
