North Carolina Cornerstone Tour

All Hokies are invited to join Cornerstone Alumni  to learn about the university’s future.  

Learn more about the Cornerstone Alumni and the university's future. Mike Dunn, Virginia Tech's assistant director of campus planning, will share an update on the university’s Beyond Boundaries 2047: The Campus Plan. Learn about the road map guiding the future of our Blacksburg campus and beyond. Registration is required.  

These events are hosted by the Cornerstone Alumni but are open to all Virginia Tech alumni and friends in the area.

  • When: Tuesday, March 21 from noon–1:30 p.m.
  • Where: Maggianio’s Little Italy Charlotte 4400 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC 28211
  • Cost: $10 with $5 being a gift to the Charlotte Chapter Scholarship fund. Registration includes a full lunch buffet.
  • When: Wednesday, March 22 from 9–10 a.m.
  • Where: Maggianio’s Little Italy Durham, 8030 Renaissance Parkway, Suite 890, Durham, NC 27713
  • Cost: $10 with $5 being a gift to the Triangle Chapter Scholarship fund. Registration includes a full brunch buffet.

Cornerstone Alumni are the university’s most passionate and respected alumni. This group is comprised of alumni who have graduated 50 years or more ago. They represent the foundation of our university and its motto Ut Prosim (That I May Serve).
