Shenandoah Chapter Student Scholarship

Dear Incoming Hokie:

As Scholarship Chair of the Shenandoah Chapter - Virginia Tech Alumni Association, I would like to congratulate you on your decision to attend Virginia Tech and on behalf of our chapter welcome you to the Hokie family. The Shenandoah Chapter will be awarding over $6,000 in scholarships to area students attending Virginia Tech in the Fall of 2024.

As a 1981 graduate, I can truly say that my years at Virginia Tech have greatly benefited me in both my personal life and business career. I believe the education available at Virginia Tech is second to none, and I am excited that you have chosen to continue your education at Virginia’s greatest institution.

Applications must be completed by Jan. 1. The recipients will be chosen based on a holistic approach with emphasis on academic achievement, school activities and sports, and community involvement. Recipients will be notified in February.
