Eastern Shore Chapter Scholarship

Dear Future Hokie:

I am writing to tell you about one of the best things that ever happened to me: Virginia Tech. Like you, I graduated from an Eastern Shore high school and had a big decision to make my senior year as to which college to attend. Along with the hundreds of alumni living here, I chose Virginia Tech. I believe the education I received at Virginia Tech was the best and want to encourage you to attend Virginia’s great state university.

As scholarship chair of the Eastern Shore Alumni Chapter, I would like you to know about the local scholarships that we distribute every year to worthy students attending Virginia Tech in the fall. The local alumni chapter raises money each year in order to be able to give these scholarships because we believe in supporting our newest additions to the Hokie family!

Please submit completed scholarship application by midnight on Jan. 1.
