Charleston Chapter Student Scholarship

Dear Future Hokie:

Congratulations on your acceptance to Virginia Tech! We are thrilled to have local Charleston students attending Virginia Tech year after year.

Attending Virginia Tech was truly one of the greatest decisions that I’ve ever made. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2010, and I am joined by about 1,000 other Virginia Tech alumni that currently live or work in the Charleston area. Because we believe that the education we received at Virginia Tech is second to none, we want to encourage you to attend Virginia’s great state university.

As the Charleston Chapter Virginia Tech Alumni Association President, I would like to inform you about a scholarship in the amount of $1,500 that our chapter plans to award to worthy a local high school senior in our area who will attend Virginia Tech in the fall of 2024.

Please complete the application and submit it to the scholarship committee by Jan. 1.
