There are about 6,100 living African American and Black Virginia Tech alumni.

Our alumni served and continue to serve in many important roles. They are committed to providing leadership and helping current students excel. African American and Black alumni are a valuable constituency group to the university. The Alumni Association welcomes the opportunity to engage and learn from African American and Black Alumni.

There are about 300 living American/Native Indian Virginia Tech alumni.

Our alumni served and continue to serve in many important roles. They are committed to providing leadership and helping current students excel. American/Native Indian alumni are a valuable constituency group to the university. The Alumni Association welcomes the opportunity to engage and learn from American/Native Indian alumni. 

Asian/Pacific Islander alumni

There are about 12,000 living Asian/Pacific Islander Virginia Tech alumni.

Our alumni served and continue to serve in many important roles. They are committed to providing leadership and helping current students excel. Asian/Pacific Islander alumni are a valuable constituency group to the university. The Alumni Association welcomes the opportunity to engage and learn from Asian/Pacific Islander alumni. 

Hispanic/Latino alumni

There are about 2,300 living Hispanic and Latino Virginia Tech alumni across the U.S.

Our alumni served and continue to serve in many important roles. They are committed to providing leadership and helping current students excel. Hispanic and Latino alumni are a valuable constituency group to the university. The Alumni Association welcomes the opportunity to engage and learn from Hispanic and Latino alumni.

How to Get Involved

The Virginia Tech Alumni Association provides the opportunity to participate in your college homecoming, class reunion or other events. Plan on attending events today and stay connected.

Attend multicultural alumni programs and events.

Become active in your local alumni chapter today.
Connect with fellow Hokies where you live. Chapters are the communication link between alumni and the university and provide many opportunities to participate in events and programs within your local community.
