Stop Stressing over Food by Fun-sizing Your Meals

    • Fighting over what’s for dinner?
    • Confused by nutrition messages?
    • Want to go green in the kitchen?
    • Struggling to find time to cook?
    • Trying to fit in family meals around busy schedules?
Feeling the pressure of any of these? If so, you’re battling many of the same stressors as other Hokie families. Department of Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise Faculty Member and Registered Dietitian Heather Cox will offer a workshop on making family meal time fun again. Kids will be kept busy with interactive food and physical activities while parents get their questions answered. By learning tips to tackle all of the above and how to fun-size your meals, your family will be empowered to stop stressing over food and start focusing on what really matters - family fun!
