Ring Repair, Resizing, Replacing, and Post-Graduation Purchasing:

The Class Ring Program, through the advising of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association, continues the tradition of the Virginia Tech Class Ring. Dating back to the Class of 1923, most rings can be replaced in their original design.

As a Virginia Tech alumnus/a, if you need to purchase, replace, or have your class ring repaired or resized, please send the following required information to Shirley Fleet at fleets@vt.edu or fax to 540-231-3039.If you are a current student, please send the following required information to Shirley Fleet at fleets@vt.edu or fax to 540-231-3039.

  • Advisor name and email address (for graduate students only)

You will be notified by letter when your verification as an alumnus/a has been made. The letter will contain the information you will need to directly contact the ring company that manufactured your class’s ring. Please note, if you’re inquiring about a class ring for someone other than yourself, please provide the information as shown above for the graduate, as well as your name, address, email address, and a daytime phone number.
