The Class System has the largest membership of any student group on campus. Within the Class System are four classes of freshman, sophomore, juniors and seniors (e.g. Class of 2009).  Students are automatically grouped into a graduating class through their standing with the Registrar’s office.  The Class System offers many student leadership opportunities along with resources and programs for the general body. The class of 2012 advisor is Laura Wedin at lwedin@vt.edu or 540/231-6285.

hokietracksClass Listserv

Each class level at Virginia Tech has an announcement-only Listserv used to inform the class members of class activities and student programs of the Alumni Association. Class Listservs are compiled by a student's academic level indicated by the registrar's office of Virginia Tech. For this reason, you might be in a higher class than you would like, please email the Class Listmaster at vtclass@vt.edu if you would like to be changed.

If you have a confidential flag on your Virginia Tech record you will not automatically be placed on the Class Listserv. You can request to be added by e-mailing your request to vtclass@vt.edu.

About Us:
